Valiants linked with Carl Dickinson
According to tweets from BBC Radio Stoke Port Vale could be signing former Watford defender Carl Dickinson.
Vale are in need of a new defender after suffering injuries to Adam Yates, Richard Duffy, Joe Davis and Dan Jones but the signing of Dickinson, a proven performer in the Championship would be a real coup for the club.
Radio Stoke’s Lee Blakeman tweeted the following:
The defender that we've been talking about is Carl Dickinson - we understand he's having a medical at #Vale today #PVFC
