Two new bidders express an interest
Administrator Bob Young has said that two new parties have expressed interest in buying Port Vale FC. This takes the number of interested parties to six.
The new bidders have asked for their identities to be kept confidential at present.
The latest development means six parties, including Newcastle businessman Mo Chaudry and Staffordshire-based firm International Piping products, are now in the frame.
Young told the Sentinel: “We’re now talking to six people.
“Two potential bidders contacted me on Monday to ask for further information about the club.
“Two out of the interested parties have asked for more time to do their due diligence, so I would now hope to receive indicative bids by early next week.”
