It might not be a good line up but at least its balanced for once !!

Crosby had much better players than Moore - Arblaster, Devine, even Uche

Loft hat trick anyone ???

The only League One standard players we have are Ripley, Ojo and Garrity. No point criticising the others as they are out of their depth. No manager could make any difference.

This feels worse than at any time in our recent history. Carol has come in & saved the club from Smuthwaite. She has put in millions & been totally let down by Flitcroft & his cronies. Hopefully Carol remains as committed to the club as ever, but a total rebuild is required after our almost certain relegation.

Flitcroft must go & not be replaced. All we want is a decent manager with a small, balanced squad backed up by youth teamers. It cannot be that difficult, but almost certainly too late for this season with the current squad.

I would prefer to see a change of manager, but full credit to Crosby for the change of approach & playing the youngsters. (Also noted that we had 9 players out injured). I thought Smith was much better today & Debrah was poor, as he was playing on the left. We cannot keep playing right footed players on the left, main issue to be resolved in January. Main mistake Crosby made was taking off Wilson so early, which could of allowed Blackpool back into the game. The fans were not booing Loft in my opinion, but booing the substitution of our best player.

The issue for me is that we are only playing 1 attacking player (or 2 if Chislett plays). Therefore, it is no surprise that we cannot score any goals. If the system does not change, Crosby will be sacked at some point.

Its strange but when a striker is low on confidence, the last thing they want is a one on one, they never get tap ins.
