Former Valiant Mark Marshall switches clubs

Former Port Vale winger Mark Marshall has continued his “journeyman” career with another move.

Marshall left the Valiants in 2016 after a single year at the club and in the four proceeding years he has joined three further clubs.

This summer’s move is from Charlton Athletic to League One side Gillingham.

Marshall made 49 appearances for the Valiants scoring seven times.
