The Sentinel reports that two more Port Vale youth team players are set to sign professional contracts.
Towards the end of last season Vale confirmed that highly rated left-back Ryan Campbell-Gordon had agreed a two year deal with the club.
Youth team coach Mick Ede has told the newspaper that midfielder Joe Berks and forward Lucas Green-Birch are also set to sign professional forms.
Green-Birch impressed Vale’s management team enough to be included in the matchday squad for the final game of last season.
Ede told the newspaper: “There is still a little bit of talking to do but they have been offered pro terms.”
