Summer signing Tom Conlon says “it’s a really good feeling” to be make his belated debut for the club.
Conlon signed for Vale in the summer but was ruled out of the opening games through injury. He recovered and was fit enough to play in the 1-1 draw with Forest Green Rovers.
Now that I’m finally here and finally fit to make my debut, it’s a really good feeling…
He told the official Port Vale website: “It felt really good – it’s been a long time coming having picked up the injury, it’s been frustrating.
“Now that I’m finally here and finally fit to make my debut, it’s a really good feeling and I really want to kick on now.”
“I’ll play anywhere – as long as I’m playing I really don’t mind.”
