Manager Martin Foyle has admitted he had no complaints about Bristol City’s victory on Saturday
Vale Boss Martin Foyle:
“Unfortunately we couldn’t afford to sign Scott , but I knew he was a talented player and he deserved the man of the match selection.m I was disappointed with our performance. We never got going and didn’t look up for it. We should gave given City a better game, but we could have no complaints over the result.”
City Boss Brian Tinnion:
“The doctor has given Leroy some cream to rub in. He has a small blood clot and was finding it difficult to accelerate. I’m hopeful he will be OK for Tuesday. If not, Paul Heffernan showed he is a very capable deputy. It was an excellent all-round team performance and we have the confidence of playing well at an important stage in the season. The sunshine made it seem like a pre-season game and the lads are drained in the dressing room having given all they had.”||
