The four Port Vale players who have yet to agree new deals, have been told that it is time for them to make a decision.
Goalkeeper Stuart Tomlinson, midfielder Kingsley James, defender Joe Davis and winger Ryan Lloyd have been urged to make their minds up by Vale coach Mark Grew.
Grew told the newspaper: “I spoke to Stuart last week and he was still thinking over what he’s been offered. I’m hoping for a decision sooner rather than later so we can start planning.”
Deals can be withdrawn a month after they were offered so the quartet have less than a fortnight to make up their minds.
