Davis to extend Luton stay?

Luton Town manager John Still is keen to extend Port Vale defender Joe Davis’ stay at the Skrill Premier club.

Davis joined Luton on loan in December and has made eight appearances with Still commenting that “Joe’s come in and not really put a foot wrong.”

Davis’ loan spell is set to end on January 4th and with the defender still out of the first-team picture at Vale Park, it remains a strong possibility that the loan could be extended – perhaps with the addition of a recall clause should any of the Vale’s first-choice defenders be unavailable.
