Port Vale add Jordan Shipley as their fourth signing of the summer

Port Vale have announced that former Shrewsbury midfielder Jordan Shipley has joined as their fourth summer addition.

Shipley joins Liam Gordon Rico Richards and Jordan Gabriel in being signed by the Vale this season.

The 27 year-old left footed midfielder started his career at Coventry City and has scored 36 goals in 288 senior appearances.

Port Vale manager, Darren Moore, told the official Port Vale website: “Jordan’s signing represents another really strong addition to the squad and we’re all pleased to have him on board.

“He’s another player that has played regularly at this level and above, so I have no doubt he will strengthen us and we’ll look forward to welcoming him to Vale Park when the players return for pre-season training.”
