Port Vale FC have won their third Football League award for the club’s work in the community under owners Carol and Kevin Shanahan.
Port Vale Foundation’s ‘Baby Bank’ programme was named as one of three divisional award winners for the 2024/25 season.
The programme has been running for two years, providing important items such as clothing, toys, books and equipment to those in need, with more than 1,500 local people benefitting from the initiative each year.
The award follows last year’s Football League One Project of the Year for Vale’s “Community Cupboard and Lounge”, and Football League Community Club of the Year in 2021.
