To no great surprise, Darren Moore is among the candidates for the Football League manager of the year award for League Two.
Moore’s rivals are Bromley boss Andy Woodman, Bradford City manager Graham Alexander and Mat Sadler of long-time pacesetters Walsall.
The winner will be announced at the Football League’s annual awards ceremony in London on Sunday, 27 April.
There are no Port Vale players nominated in the League Two player category. It will be fought for by Michael Cheek of Bromley, Doncaster winger Luke Molyneux and ex-Walsall striker Nathan Lowe.
However, Jack Shorrock has been nominated for League Two Apprentice of the year. He is on a shortlist which also includes Botan Ameen of Swindon Town and Sebastian Auton of Grimsby Town.
