James Plant was the only Port Vale loanee to start a game at the weekend.
Plant played as wingback in Yeovil’s 1-0 loss to Sam Johnson’s AFC Halifax Town side.
The 20 year-old is one of three Valiants players to be loaned out this season. Plant joined National League side Yeovil on loan until January in order to gain regular first-team football experience.
On loan defender Dan Jones was an unused sub in Gateshead’s 2-2 draw with Aldershot Town. Jones joined his former side on loan in September.
Meanwhile, midfielder Funso Ojo was without a game after Shrewsbury’s game was postponed due to International call-ups.
In terms of appearances, Plant has now made seven appearances, scoring one; Jones has made seven appearances, while Ojo has made 13 appearances.
