Port Vale pay their respects
This photograph was taken by Rob Morris in 2018 and shows the Port Vale and Sunderland players plus staff and supporters marking a minute’s silence. The silence was to mark Remembrance Day in 2018 and took place before Port Vale’s FA Cup clash with Sunderland. We feel this is a particularly strong image marking a brief moment of silence and contemplation before the game kicks off.
