Obviously you want to come here and play games but to finally get my chance and hopefully I’ve repaid the gaffer for the performances I’ve given and the team doing well is the main aim…
He told the official Port Vale website: “Obviously you want to come here and play games but to finally get my chance and hopefully I’ve repaid the gaffer for the performances I’ve given and the team doing well is the main aim.
“I think I’ve been doing quite well, obviously chipped in with a couple of goals which is always a bonus, but with the team doing well that’s the main thing so I’m just delighted to be involved really.
“I think I’ve just got to keep doing what I’ve been doing, keep working hard in training, keep learning every day off different off different players, off the gaffer and keep being consistent with performances.
“Hopefully they’ve enjoyed my performances so far, it’s all about performing well for the team, if I and the team are doing well then hopefully it’s good for them.”
