Port Vale midfielder departs on loan
Port Vale FC have announced that midfielder Daniel Trickett-Smith has agreed a two month loan deal.
Trickett-Smith was signed by former owner Norman Smurthwaite from Leek Town in January 2019 on a two and a half year deal.
Earlier this season, manager John Askey said that Trickett-Smith needed a spell on loan to get regular football and try and force his way into the first-team squad at Vale Park.
An announcement on the official website said:
Port Vale midfielder, Daniel Trickett-Smith, has joined National League North side Curzon Ashton on a two month loan deal.
We’d like to wish Daniel the best of luck during his time there.
Trickett-Smith joins youngsters Alex Hurst and Joe Berks in being loaned out by the club.
