Port Vale fans can watch crucial game against Yeovil live on the internet
Port Vale fans based abroad or in the UK can watch Port Vale’s League Two game against Yeovil on Tuesday live on the Internet.
Not all Port Vale fans are based in Burslem. Many of those exiled across the country have work, family or other commitments which prevent them from attending midweek games in person. However, they will be able to pay £10 to watch a live stream and with a portion of that money also benefiting Port Vale FC, the football club also make money out of the live streaming.
A new initiative means that fans based in the UK and Ireland can watch live Football League or Checkatrade games provided that:
- They fall outside of UEFA’s Article 48 Blocked Hours (14:45-17:15 on a Saturday)
- They fall outside Bank Holidays
- They have not been selected for broadcast on Sky Sports or Pitch International
