Port Vale commercial manager reportedly leaves role
A report in the Staffordshire Sentinel claims that Chris Turner has left his role as the club’s commercial manager.
Former Manchester United and Sheffield Wednesday keeper Turner only joined the club in November 2017.
He told the newspaper: “I am disappointed, but that is football, we move on.
“I have met lots of great people at the club, lots of sponsors and fans. I really do wish the club well for next season.”

The claw of Smurf in action again perhaps ? Either way, the appointment was a poor choice or the leaving scenario was less than wonderful.
Coupled with his latest antics at Nuneaton, where his wonderful new ground has been blocked by skips and he is threatening legal action on the local rugby club, making friends and meticulous planning skills are back on top form again ! God help us all.
