Ribeiro: we’re a happy family together
Port Vale manager says there are areas to improve but he is happy with his squad.
Talking after the win over Kidsgrove Athletic, the Vale manager told the official Port Vale website:
We’re a very good family together and I’m very confident for the future…
“The performance for me is very important, everyone worked hard today, I told the players that these first two pre-season games are just about working hard for 45 minutes.
“At the moment maybe the movement and tactics is not what we want but we’re working every day and now we have some bigger games, where we can see where we need to improve, but for me we need to improve all over, in defence and attack.
“I’m still happy with all players and this family, we’re a very good family together and I’m very confident for the future and the start of the season.”
