According to a report on the official website, Port Vale’s first-team defeated Tamworth 5-0 behind closed doors in their first friendly outing of the season.
The goalscorers for the Vale were loanee Mo Faal (2), Onel Hernandez, youngster Charlie Bussell and Jordan Gabriel. George Byers was the provider of two of the goals with Onel Hernandez also getting two assists.
The Valiants also fielded three trialists during the game.
