Port Vale manager Darren Moore says that Ethan Chislett was missing from his match squad because he’d picked up an injury.
Chislett’s absence from the starting line-up has been the subject of much debate and recently Moore said the attacking player would have a “huge part” to play in the run-in to the season.
His absence from the squad to face Morecambe again prompted debate but Moore said that Chislett and fellow midfielder George Byers have picked up knocks that will rule them out for a week. Moore told the media: “We expect George and Chizzy to get back into training next week, we expect them to be okay.”
The 26 year-old Chislett has played 27 times this season, scoring four times. His Vale record stands at 81 games and fifteen goals.

Absolute class,Ronan Curtis!!
And the reason for not playing Chislett for all the other games IS ??
DM will not play Chislet, Curtis or Smith unless he has to. Then he only gives them half a game. He got rid of our outstanding best player, (Ripley) and sticks with his old buddies, of failures gone before.
