Sorry Craig you can’t play Plant out of position, when he plays to a decent standard he drives the team, I also note in the writings of the panel a great deal of belief since the gloom bad I call him has been lifted from the Vale Park I think Lofty will come good and pull the team up by its socks, we are Vale we do not give in, come on Vale get in there and show them you are a team together .

It was an excellent result at Burton and it does seem strange that with the departure of Flitcroft we win and the form of Ryan Loft took an upturn maybe Flitcroft had too much in the say of how we play so who knows we shall see ?

Vale need to play with the same energy, intensity and desire for the rest of the season, as they showed against Burton to stand any chance of staying up. We mustn’t kid ourselves we will be very lucky to come up against anyone else as poor as Burton. To me how we defend will determine if we stay up or not because you still can’t see us out scoring many teams if it came to a high scoring game.
