Port Vale have confirmed the signing of defender Jesse Debrah on a two year deal.
The 22-year-old most recently spent time at FC Halifax Town, making more than 60 appearances across two seasons for the National League outfit.
Halifax will receive a compensation amount from the Valiants for the transfer.
Manager Andy Crosby said: “I am delighted that Jesse is now officially a Port Vale player, he has been in and around the team for a few weeks now and he has already cemented himself as a positive person around the changing room with an infectious personality.
“We’re looking forward to seeing him develop further in the player he wants to be and what we believe he can become. He will offer excellent competition in the back line and will learn a lot from the players already in those positions.”

Good performance, good never give up attitude.
