Port Vale sign left-back Kiko
Port Vale have announced the signing of Portuguese left-back Kiko on a two-year deal.
A club statement says:
Port Vale are delighted to announce the signing of 23 year-old Portuguese defender, Francisco Rosa, also known as Kiko.
The left-back joins Vale on a two-year deal with an option to a third year, having departed previous club, Vitoria Setubal, where he spent 13 years at, being given his debut by and playing under manager Bruno Ribeiro.
Kiko spent last season on loan at Academico Viseu, who were also managed under Ribeiro, meaning Port Vale will be the third club the defender has played under Bruno at.
The 23 year-old has been capped at under-19 and under-20 level for Portugal, making 18 appearances in total.
