‘It hasn’t really worked out for me’
Loaned-out winger Kaid Mohamed admits that his first season at Vale Park has not gone as expected.
It hasn’t really worked out for me at Port Vale…
Mohamed has played only nine games for the Valiants with his last game back in September. He joined Bristol Rovers on Thursday for his second loan spell of the season.
The winger has joined Rovers until the end of the season, ruling out any further appearances for Port Vale and he told the Western Daily Press: “It hasn’t really worked out for me at Port Vale.
“It’s a new challenge for me now and I’m very pleased to be here. The manager has shown some trust in me and I am looking forward to working with him. I hope I can repay him by scoring some goals and creating some chances here.”
However, Mohamed does have another year on his contract with the Valiants and perhaps his second season at the club may be more successful than his first.
