Loan defender Jack Grimmer says he would be happy to play in Port Vale’s FA Cup fourth round game against Brighton on Saturday.
It’s still down to Fulham whether they let me play or not…
Grimmer was unable to play in the replay against Plymouth as he was signed after the first game took place and was therefore ineligible and it is unclear if Fulham would be willing to let the youngster play in the fourth round.
Grimmer told the Sentinel: “It’s still down to Fulham whether they let me play or not. I spoke with the manager here during the week and he is hoping I can play, obviously I am too. It rests with Fulham.”
