Pictured: 1950s Port Vale autographs

Rob Galleries, History and memorabilia, Legends of 1954, Port Vale memorabilia 1954, autographs

Thanks to Pete T, we have some photos of Vale fan Geoff Austin’s autograph book from which dates back to the 1950’s. It contains autographs of both Vale and Stoke players from that era.

Geoff was from the Potteries area but settled in the Plymouth area with his wife. Pete met up with Geoff before Vale’s away game with Plymouth and was given permission to take these photos for the OVF website.
