Doesn't mean the party's riddled with it though. Politically they had to do something to react to press / media criticism.

Interesting view from someone in an industry that voted heavily for suicide / leave.

Following publication of the government white paper today Inga Beale, Chief Executive of Lloyds of London, has been on the news saying they will now be moving to Brussels 'full steam ahead' as will many other city firms.
Lloyds of London!!! For goodness sake, it's one of our oldest firms with a massive global business!
If Brexit is going to let us 'trade with the rest of the world' why are they motivated to move, I wonder?
We should rename Britain as Fantasy Island.

Not good noises coming from across the pond for those who reckon we're going to 'trade with the rest of the world'!

It is my thinking that given their vested interests are elsewhere the likes of Lloyds of London don't really give a hoot about the good people in the UK.

Does that mean under EU rules it can't be Lloyds of London any more?

Lloyds of Brussels formerly of London perhaps.

Just thinking Geo: the girl from Maidenhead became PM on 13th July 2016 - the 2nd woman to win that office - and is standing firm whilst others around her desert her and the UK for other climes.

It's not often I feel sympathy for MPs Barry.
Working with a team of knife wielding screw ups, in a nest of vipers, negotiating something she probably isn't in favour of, knowing whatever the agreement eventually is will be derided by all and will ultimately cost her the job or control, probably both, with no other options available isn't somewhere I would choose to be.
On the other hand if she can't stand the heat she shouldn't be in the kitchen.
It's all a matter of taste Barry... I would give bacon, cheese and oat cakes on a tin plate Michelin stars
