I noticed the reformed Chester is in the BSP next season that's a fantastic rise one promotion off the football league for a club formed in 2010 a good achievement and well done to them. Especially when seeing the Aldershot situation. When I was in my teens I always remembered playing Chester in cups and we got knocked out by them while in the second tier.

I ****ing hated Luke Beckett.

 

Would love see Chester go up again next year. They will have plenty of momentum after walking the BSN. They will probably have a bigger budget than most of the sides in there next season.

 

aren't they in some more financial difficulty now though? sure i read something the other week with the chairman saying that something had happened meaning halving their playing budget for the next season ...

They have had some 'interesting' financial history in the last 15-20 years. Horrible club, hope they don't get back in the league. They always kicked us to pieces.
