Ballbearing bombs apparently , over 10 people with limbs missing. Hopefully these people are caught and put on death row for their crimes, shame we wouldny do the same

This happened 3 hours after the first runners crossed the line of the Boston Marathon. Thousands take part in that and by that time a large number would have been accumulating at the finish line.

I think you can, the better runners would have finished and been out of the way leaving frail, slower Americans probably taking part for charity . utter scum and hope they arw caught

You have a rather odd way of putting it, but to get to the point, surely the most runners would have been in the area at that time, apart from perhaps the pros.
