I am hearing different views on what the stadium capacity is. I always assumed finish the Lorne Street and the capacity is over 20k. Yet on the wonder of port vale there is differing views of 15,000 due to safety ? So what actually is it then ?

Aparently it has been reduced for safety reasons down to 15k that's where my confusion lies never heard this before. Ruins our thunder abit on stadium capacity also.

I doubt it. There was more than 4000 empty seats against Burton.

 

For starters there was 3600 empty in the Hamil.

The Bycars was only 2/3 full.

There was empty seats in the railway stand where we were because of the restricted views.

Using the Bill (I see it as I want too) Bell counting system which was only used for high profile matches over many years, the capacity is 14,964 which was the attendance for the Arsenal cup replay in 1998 when VP was packed out. This system cannot be argued with and is no longer in use.

No the seats will still be there just nobody can use them because of safety reasons. I am kind of arguing against it as I can't see it being true. Unless if we get a big club at vp we only let 15k people in lol. Anybody remember the Liverpool game Surely it isn't any less safe now than then.

It's not 15k, it's only 14,964 coz Mr Bell said so;)
