The title says it all.

 

Now I know we've been on a barren run (understatement) but I'm getting a bit fed up of Mickey changing the team every single game.... A few things to mention;

 

1) Since bringing in the 5 new players (Dec/Jan) the performances have gone down - yes some great individual shows from the likes Jones, but team performances? I haven't seen many, if any...

2) Mickey is consistently changing the team around (every week!) grow some Ba11s Micky and stick with something you know will come good, all too often I think he bows to please others (of sorts anyways, whether that the fans, press or his favourite players) - THE TINKER MAN... He's no Rafa Benitez of old. Was it 10 games early doors with the same starting 11?

3) Tinkering every game, bringing in so many new players must do nothing for the individual players performances... Confidence must be at an all time low, especially in those that got us to 50 points so well.

4) Lastly Micky's ability to affect a game when your up against it, is, at best.. Way off par... His subsituations are bizarre at best. As folk have said why bring players in if they aren't going to used or have no positive threat in a game (Birchall and Andrews??)

 

I do hope he finds the right team to get us out of the mire, ending up in the play offs will see an end to any promotion hope. If we end up losing another 2/3 games in the next 4 I can see Micky getting the boot.

 

Tip for you Micky, cheer up you miserable booger.. I know we're on a down, but your hardly inspiring, Fans and players alike - take the players away for a few days we need to build some team spirit!

Not exactly a man for a crisis our Micky. It's easy to manage a winning side, it is a great deal different when we are in the midst of a poor run, it is now that Micky needs to stand up and be counted.
