I would assume that the SC committee would be asking fans what projects it wants to take up.

 

Interesting one about organising away travel. Who actually does this at the minute? I know Joan takes the bookings but is it administered through the club, the vols group, or what?

 

In days of yore I was part of the Leek & District Travelling Valiants that organised the Exec Coach travel - is there room for something like this to be run again by the SC i.e. Superior Quality coaches at a premium price? or should all away travel be run by the SC, or none at all?

 

I think it would be a good move for the SC to sort away travel out alongside or as well as those who currently do it if they can,hopefully we WILL be promoted and with a fair few teams in league one being not a million miles away more people could well be interested in that.

I am proud to have been one of those who caused such an unpleasant atmosphere to get my football club back on track.

 

Dont ever knock what people did.

 

The amount of blinkered idiots at the time was scary to witness.

This thread certainly proves there are still lots of people who hold grudges and have different agenda's but it's time to forget the past and move on.

Rampant that is the only comment I have ever posted about away travel coaches and it was a very simple question why so touchy if all is well?

 

It is not all about you though, other people have mentioned the away travel, post 167 for example.

But surely that's exactly the point - just because he has differing views to the rest doesn't mean he should be shouted down by all and sundry, otherwise we are all still sheep?
