Admin. I know you're all too lazy to actually do your job on here, but for the sake of accurate information can you please delete the posts on this thread that spout rubbish.

 

FACTS:

 

TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE LORNE STREET AND BYCARS.

CASH TURNSTILES ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE RAILWAY PADDOCK/STAND AND FAMILY STAND.

BEER IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE BYCARS, NOR IS AN ATMOSPHERE.

CP - For the Gills game at 3pm there was a queue from the ticket office down to Entrance D or whatever it is for the Hamil Car Park and not a steward around to tell the poor buggers they could pay cash at the turnstile.

 

Until you mentioned it just I wasn't aware that the Railway Paddock has cash turnstiles - I thought it was just the Bycars. So if a regular fan doesn't know the score why should the occasional fan.

 

I realise that it would help if they turned up a bit earlier but that's not the way with fans who are used to not having to queue.

 

Why is the Bycars all ticket?:unsure:

If they want to get an electronic database of fans data, advertise that you need to get a ticket from the ticket office and it will take roughly 30mins to achieve this.

 

Then get some extra staff on laptops helping out, wacking the data in a database which then can be used by the club to build communication in the future.

 

I guess this game has come too early to get online ticketing sorted. Otherwise this would be the ideal opportunity to do this.

THIS IS THE CORRECT INFORMATION:

Lorne St - All Ticket

Bycars - All Ticket

Family Stand - Cash Turnstiles

Railway Stand - Cash Turnstiles

Railway Paddock - Cash Turnstiles

 

Be aware that you can buy in advance for all stands if you choose, and there is a ticket only gate on the Railway to fast track through people who have season tickets or who have brought in advance (BUT you can pay on the other turnstiles on the Railway)

I endorse the above. I am too lazy to delete all the other posts. BTW you can get a ticket for ANY part of the ground.
