Yesterday was the first of a tough couple of month's fixtures. Only the 2 Wimbledon games and home to Plymouth looking easy on paper. I've re-entered pessimistic mode. I'd settle for 2 draws and a win from the next 3 league games.

If we score more goals than the teams we play in every game I think we will be ok

I think we shall struggle against chesterfield, gillingham and Rotherham (depinding which Rotherham turn up; same with fleetwood). There's enough points to be gained in these 10 matches to keep us in the top 3. Anyone can beat anyone in this league, I'm hoping for around 15/16 points and we will be fine.

We're averaging nearly 2 points a game.

We'll only play a few anyway due to the bad weather but we'll **** most of them. Let them worry about us.

As AJ says, keep the momentum and the 2 points a game and we will be on to a GREAT thing. We will pull away with that form. We just have to play like we know we can and hope BW keeps helping TP out with the goal return. I fancy us in a lot of those games. Our away form is ace and not many teams scare me atm!

To be honest, you could just keep the list going through to the end of the season.

They're all tough games and we'll need a stronger squad than we've currently got if we want to go up.

It's a good target for the lads and one that is achievable.

17/18 points is more realistic though.

I dont see this set of fixtures any different than the first 20 as far as toughness

 

If we want to get promotion we have to be looking to pick as many points up as possible, we have shown we can do that against teams in all types of league position

I think the we struggle against middle of the table teams as they seem to play for a draw and we do nothing to change it. Top and bottom teams are going for wins against us so we also match it and either batter them or have a good close match. The ref's this year seem to be worse than ever for costing us results
