Worst ref I've ever seen and that's saying something with the **** we have to put up with in this league!! Second half I don't think he was any better, he just gave us all the decisions because he felt the pressure of the crowd! Doesn't mean the decisions were right! Just glad we came through it!

Up until he sent Kouffour off he was absolutely abysmal. Gave them a soft penalty but missed one for us, let them get away with all kinds of time wasting, any time there was a slight coming together of players he'd give it their way. You'w struggle to give a worse performance even if you were taking the ****.

 

He had to be escorted off by stewards at half time. Then he must've taken a long hard look at himself/realised an assessor was there/Micky caught him, because he was a changed man in the second half. Actually gave us free kicks, booked them for time wasting.

He was awful. He missed two penalty decisions for us, but gave them theirs. He lost control of the game & that ultimatly cost them their sending off.

 

I think Adams must have had a few stern words with him at half time because he was eager to give us everything at the start of the second half. Once it went 1-1, we never really noticed him because we were playing well and the tide had turned.

 

Back to the question, yes, he was that bad.

1st half was probably the worst officiating of a game ive ever seen..the linesman paddock side is included in that aswell..absolutly shocking..improved 2nd half mind.
