If keith does buy the club, the supporters club have a choice of either remaining the supporters club and backing him or they would have to change the name! The clue is in the name.

I don't think they voted at all, if they had voted against I think it would have been very close.

 

Somebody over there thinks that Ryder was the guarantor for the loan and that he is trying to get out of paying them back in full as they don't want 3p for every £1.

Do you seriously think administration firms were queuing up to administrate a company with no funding?

 

MOLD tried to place the club in administration to protect themselves from the taxman, they couldn't and then Miller resigned so if they found someone they couldn't.

 

The only reason we are in admin now and not liquidated is because the council agreed "limited" funding and Bob Young agreed a cap on his costs to fit in with that limited funding so for that alone I very much thank Bob Young!

 

Well said bob - oops mean Gary.- There are loads of Admin type companies about the UK and they are in business to make money, not to act as charitable benefactors to clients. The thing is, in my book if u employ someone to do a job and they dont impress / deliver you dont employ them again unless you are stupid. This second drop into Admin by Vale should have at least been handled more effeciently/professionally based on the experience last time - didnt you yourself (oops I mean bob) state that they dont expect to handle admin cases twice in relatively quick succession for the same client?

Keith asked for an extra 24 hours then 72 later there is no progress.Then what would it be like if he had a 5 year plan to get us to the championship.Would the next millennium arrive first?

 

In the last few seasons we've had promises of,in the next 24hrs,48hrs,3 days,a week,2/3 weeks.May have missed a few but you get the drift.If there had been penalty clauses on these deadlines we would have gone bust years ago.

Well it would bring some theoretical sense (because we are speculating) to the decision to give a loan - intention to buy the whole company and its assets or to take a significant investment. I could not understand a financial institution of any competence lending to Port Vale at that time based on the facts.
