It doesn't mean that. You only need 51% of attending shareholders at a meeting to vote against the board for them to be kicked off. With the amount that have left the board and those that have turned against them, that figure is easily achievable.

If he backs bratt like you say why is he not voting for the board, He wants nothing to do with it all.....If he was good mates with Bratt then he would back him, and he clearly isn't
