So we haven’t lost then to all of the teams below us … we have beaten more ..and so not in the bottom 4 , achieving the aims of the season

Still don't see how we have beaten 9/10 teams below us as you said.  We beat Morecombe twice, Burton, Cambridge and FGR.  Lost against 3 and drawn 3.

We lost to several teams that had been on long runs of not winning and we basically gave them 3 points several times due to poor midfield and defence.  Others we have drawn we could have won and didn't.  Yes due to loosing our strikers, This is what is frustrating and feels like a loss to many of us.

Being the better team over all does not always get you points.  2 mistakes - 2 goals.

They are trying to get the equalizer, but you always feel Bolton have another gear to go into if needed.  They have tall quality players on the pitch.

Bullsh1t

At the end of the game THEY were wasting time as they knew Vale were pressing.

Sweet Jesus, why do you and half the moaners on here, bother.

This is our FIRST season back inEFL1 and we've survived. That's all we need to do.

But all you can do is slash the team off

I forgot we are port vale and have a divine right to win every football match we play regardless of the level of opposition

You're absolutely spot on.

I mean come on, we're little old port vale after all, everyone should be over the moon with 1 win in 10 and 8 points from our last 30. What right has anyone got to ask for a little better, right?

What was the objective for Port Vale this season?

I wish we could let loose our strikers.

Well I thought we played well and I'm in a much better mindset for the next few games now. However, the obvious is the obvious. Play like that we will get results.
I didn't see the first goal, as ifollow was being a dick, so can't comment.
The second goal was luck for them, the way it dropped. I'm not sure the keeper was drastically at fault or the defenders. It was just one of them.
I think if we were in the playoffs or whatever this game would be classed as we played well and didn't deserve to lose. Both of which are true .
Because of our poor run it just looks like the same old same old, but this was much more encouraging.
It was a good game.
