Which doesn't fill you with hope does it! The best players likely to go elsewhere and Adams signing up everyone else that nobody wants!

Comments like that can only harm ST sales. They will have no positive effects (apart from on the playing staff) whatsoever.

Bad move by Micky with consequences for ST sales. This team has failed to deliver over several seasons. We need to strengthen the team and it is a perfect opportunity given that many of them are out of contract this summer.

Maybe he has faith in the squad that he left in the automatic promotion position when he left last season, and believes they would have finished much higher up the table this season had it not been for all the off field commotion.

well must admit that does not fill me with hope and excitement for next season, and tells me that he believes he will not be able to get better for the budget on offer

 

we have to be honest here how many of the current crop would we keep 3 maybe 4 massive clearout needed in my opinion, i really hope it was just an off the cuff remark

I think he was asked the question more so regarding the davis situation and is keeping his players sweet for the remaining games but secretly believes most of the fringe players have to go to make way for better additions in the summer

 

I dont think for one minute that ryder wants to buy the club for it to remain the same as it has been for the last 4 years.....he will want to make an impression from the off

Could we build a squad from scratch? Easier if there is plenty of dosh to spend, and when will the transfer embargo be lifted? Suppose it was not lifted until August/September, surely we would have little choice but to retain as many players as possible. I think Plymouth were in a similar situation this season and had to use a lot of the junior players, which accounted for thier poor start. Once the embargo is lifted, loan players can be brought in, and the Jan window used as well. The embargo needs clarifying, MA may well be being cautious, Administration can easily affect 2 seasons, we are not out of the woods yet.
