Yes, they would have used their grindco shares, the same as Dave Smith isn't listed as having any as his were with his company

Stan Meigh is on the list with 13,004 shares in his own name.

The creditors list is a typical Pareto curve. In other words there are lots of little guys but it's the much fewer big guys who count and most obviously the Council. The list is not as bad as I expected overall, but clearly the bubble of trading losses offset with increasing debt had burst and HMRC were right to act to prevent further losses and to stop the club trading insolvently. I am sure they are haunted by Rangers. Maybe the Council has been too soft during the loan and should have enforced terms and conditions more. I hope there is a genuine two stage process going on. Firstly sort the club's future and get back money for the creditors which is readily achievable. Second, behind closed doors and over a longer period, deal with misconduct by the past directors. I hope this second stage does have genuine intention and substance accepting the need for cost / benefit analysis in civil recovery decisions where no criminality is involved

I wonder how "little guy" Deakin will vote? If he gets 3p in the pound, that will be 42p.
