The pitch is a bit of an embarrassment, nobody can play decent football on that thing.

A nothing second half has cost us. We're desperate for more quality and creativity in the middle of the park. Sadly I don't see Conlon stepping up. As for them, considering the wages they'll be paying some of their players on today's evidence they looked bang average. There was nothing between the two teams and it took a flukey hit and hope shot that just happened to land in the top corner to win the game for them.

Games like this aren’t going to define our season but that was a very poor 2nd half for me.

Good effort today. Got to be happy with the performance. Teams separated by a wonder strike. 10/10 for effort. Unlucky on the day. We made a much better team look average.

Poor game that, pitch being the main reason, good idea to sack Speedy…

Thought we did ok first half without creating but 2nd half they controlled it, very similar to Portsmouth. Without doing anything special both have come and won 1-0 without us creating a chance. 

I still think we’re short up top. Butterworth isn’t a striker and was anonymous when he came on and Mipo is very raw. We’re relying on Harrison and there is zero creativity from midfield. 

Stevens and Jones did well I thought, Massey was poor and I thought Conlon was as well. Scrappy game shame to lose, I’d like to see Politic start next game as there’s very little threat going forwards. Where is Hall?

they’re clearly a better side so no shame in losing 1-0 but we need to carry much more of a threat.

Beaten by a side who will get promoted this year… pitch was a leveller but we forced them to resort to scummy football tactics (which I don’t blame them for).

Bannan is rumoured to be on over £20k a week, their side is littered with championship players and they needed the help of the ref and a fluke/wonder goal to beat us.

11 games in we are 16th which is in and around where I would expect us to be finishing… and we have played 5 of the top 7.

Don't lose your heads and KTF.

It was definitely a fluke of a goal. He just put the side of his foot through it to beat our man to it who was challenging for the ball. But they probably just about deserved the win to be fair. Poor game, poor pitch and two poor attacks on the day.
