I’ve just logged in to my account on the club shop website and it’s not showing that i’m an ST holder even though i am. This is probably because i bought my ST from the office in person. How do i rectify this?

i’m also wondering if tickets from aways last year get you any loyalty points? I’ve got 2 loyalty points on my account from last year when i bought home tickets for mates from my account. It doesn’t seem fair that i have loyalty points for them and not for my ST from last year. There will be ST holders from last year who probably have 0 points on their account. 
 

i know there will be hiccups with the new system, i just hope they don’t mean i miss out on Burton tickets
