Looking forward to seeing how people get on buying tickets for themselves and kids on the same account. I bet that won't work, and I doubt anyone has even considered that.

 

Hope they test the new turnstiles they have installed to make sure they aren't in reverse lol

Joking apart given the fact I anticipate a crowd of maybe 7000 I really hope it's not carnage getting in. Really hope we've learnt from past mistakes. 

Newport and Swindon were fine to be fair.

Tranmere and Bristol were shambolic.

I asked Carol on Thursday if they were going to test the turnstiles with some volunteer fans before Saturday.  She said she hoped so!  It's not actually her job to deal with minutiae like that but I hope she takes the suggestion on board.

Looks like the ticketing system has been rushed through without the staff being given time to deal with any issues.

Definitely.  What time was it announced to the public today that the tickets were going live at 6pm?  Was it about 2.30?  They knew yesterday because my mate rang up, again, to ask what was going on with Exeter tickets.

 

Fair play for resolving this pretty quickly tonight.

So I am showing as 1 loyalty point for this season even though I have a season ticket. However, I was still able to purchase an Exeter Ticket online once whatever issue there was with the system was announced as rectified. So it must register that you are a season ticket holder from your account. Checked my loyalty points now on 11.
Have emailed the ticket office to rectify the 125points that also should be showing.

The loyalty scheme mentioned Mondays 6 pm  as the first time for sales to STs with points
