How do they normally buy an away ticket? They can visit or phone the office on Tuesday, or have a buddy who will buy tickets for them online

What do you suggest? Form a queue at the ticket office? 2000 people on line will buy tickets faster than 6 people in the office.   A 9AM start is unfair to people at work, it is impossible to please everyone.

Good question raises the whole issue of IT access and a general assumption by banks, utility companies, government agencies and the retail sector as a whole, that everyone has access to a computer/smartphone/tablet.  In this instance other than an article in a paper copy of the Sentinel how would you find out about the scheme in the first place without a gadget ?
