Ticket loyalty scheme introduced

Doha

Recommended Posts

Does loyalty scheme mean for each away game only Vale are going to sell the tickets rather than the hosts?

Colchester's god awful ticket scheme springs to mind. I purchased 3 tickets for this match from Colchester. How will this be added to my points?.

I also don't know if its being mentioned on here before but your points are reset after 18 months.

Got my membership card today and a bit disappointed with the design. You’d think they could have a least printed the club name on. A nice card design would have been nice.

Instead I get a plain white card with my name, number and QA code on. All a bit half hearted really.

Can someone help me please:

I signed up for a membership a couple of days back when announced.  Now if I go online and put 2 home tickets in my basket (eg for the Fleetwood match) it applies the £4 discount to one ticket.

I want to get a membership for my wife, so that I get a discount on both tickets when I buy them.  How’s the best way to do that?

does she sign up for a membership as a different user?  And if so, how do I then use both memberships when buying 2 tickets on one account?

Or am I able to buy a 2nd membership on my account but assign it to someone else?

any help/advice appreciated

I had the same issue phoned the ticket office &they said u need to buy 2 memberships but you can do this using the same email address when u fill the details for your wife leave the very 1st entry blank then just fill in the details for her using the same phone number & email address as u used for yourself. I booked the 2 at the same time but I would of thought u wud be able to add her details also 👍

I understand it that you keep the last seasons points, and lose the seasons before which is the usual way clubs operate. We are no longer in L2, all clubs in L1 must have agreed to modernise thier sales system.

Any idea what happens for cup games?

In the release it states:

Please Note: Discounted ticket prices are only available for home EFL league fixtures and the 1876 Membership is the only way to get early purchase discount on match tickets. All cup competitions are excluded.[/Quote]

I assume it will be the same process of tickets being release 2 weeks prior to st holders then members them general sale.

Excuse me for being a bit thick but I take it that the 125 points for season tickets will stay at 125 points if you never buy an away ticket?
Yeah, you won't get points deducted for not going to Plymouth away on a Friday night.

Ive tried to phone ticket office this week but cannot get through. I purchased 2 season tickets together using one email address. So how many points should show on the account & will I be able to buy two away tickets on this account.

Just wondered if anyone has found this out?

Even more confused I have 280 points. My other half has 140. Both have season tickets. So something not quite right. Can someone check their points to see what they have please.

Did you both have STs last season? There are 2 totals, this season and All time

That is even more confusing since I assume only those points collected since the launch of the scheme this week will count for the the priority ticket purchase ‘process’ from now on?  Hopefully just teething troubles with the system and it will settle down before Exeter away. I guess the kit launch and season ticket collection event  today is opportunity for those going to ask the questions posed on this thread and hopefully post ‘official’ answers on here  later?
