Dream concert/live event at Vale Park

Personally I'd love to see a boxing event happen at VP. Obviously the lardy neighbours will likely get a Heaney fight at their dump but seeing a boxing fight at vale on sky sports/BT sports would be quality. 

Wouldn't mind seeing a Noely G, Richard Ashcroft or a stereophonic gig there. 

Mind you , Don't think Speedy would be too impressed if someone knackered the grass ! 

Anyone have any bands or musicians they would love to see at the Wembley of the North ?

I’m off to see Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott (Beautiful South) at Doncaster’s Keepmoat next month - I see no reason given the Robbie success why we couldn’t be making this a regular source of additional income in the off season. 

If we were to get some more big names down for gigs, I’d personally like to see our local bands (All The Young, Thunderhammer etc) getting the supporting berth, although understand that’s more likely down to the artist than our call.

I'm off to see The Killers today. 

They've played Doncaster ,Norwich and Falkirk football grounds on this tour. Ours comparable or better than 2 of the 3.
