Now that we are officially in administration where do oliver and lloyd stand will they have to pay to get in and all the other ex directors. Have they lost their money

They are shareholders and therefore creditors of the club. But the shareholders are the last to be recompensed and they are likely to lose their investment. As directors they may been liable for losses arising from breaching director's duties under the Companies Act, and to me it looks like Port Vale has been trading insolvently right through the season and there has been misleading of people doing business with the club including giving the loan in January. I hope they are held to account for this and made personally liable. Then after all that they may be liable for any guarentees and their involvement in the unpaid shares fiasco. I want to see their test..les crushed by the administrator.

I am not clever enough to totally "get" some of your more esoteric and philosophical posts Mr W, but I totally love that one. I imagine the vast (no pun intended) majority of ex-sharehoders will too.
