I think even when the rough times come it is important that we stick with this plan and continue to back him,i love his passion for the club etc

He has also proved in the past that if he is happy at a club then he wont just jump ship for the cash(which says a lot about him as a person imo),i also like the comment that the players would run through a brick wall for him,they love him.

I know i am getting ahead of myself here but i truly would love for him to become our next Rudgie and be here for a long time,he deserves that. Really pleased with this show of intent

It would be great to get the rest of the backroom staff signed up (Crosby, Flitcroft, Johnson etc).

I've never felt more confident that we're moving in the right direction, regardless of what happens on Saturday.

I'm always skeptical when a premier league club does this. Mainly because of the pay out 

However , DC is a different breed. And a refreshing change , one that was needed. Football is an emotional roller coaster with many ups and downs. 

But the man has passion , desire and the fight till the end attitude. 

If anyone deserves it it's Darrel. The man oozes pride and is a manager we can be proud of whatever the outcome on Saturday.

Absolutely fantastic news for me. Love this man! Seems he bits together all aspects of the club and shows great leadership and drive.

His humour has started to be injected into conversations and he has a great sense of perspective.

Would love to have an in depth discussion with him to delve into his inner thoughts.

Maybe I'll invite down for a Devon cream tea!
