Morning all

Beautiful day here in North Somerset. Anyone got anything nice planned for the day...?? 😂😂

Just turned my phone on to find GWR have cancelled my train. Brilliant!

Mrs is about to drive me in to Bristol so I can get a direct train to Paddington.

Safe travel fellow Valiants.

SVA and KTF

Had some bad news 2 days ago. Got a fracture where I had my Op. Consultant said I shouldnt really go today, but I've got a full keg brace on and plenty of pain killers. There is NO way I'm missing this

Well packing for Turkey knew if we made it all the way to the final I would not be able to go.

If we play with the same grit and determination as we did at home to Swindon then the lads will have done us all proud. That night was one of the most memorable I’ve seen at Vale Park.

Very nervous

Good luck to all travelling have a safe journey there and back. Hopefully the return journey will be with smiling faces (coming back from the West Brom final was bloody awful).

Come on Vale you can do this

Think i managed 2 hours sleep in the end. Not sure if I need a coffee , beer or sleep but I'm absolutely buzzing for today.

Whatever the outcome, I'm proud to be Vale.

Wherever you may be watching today I hope everyone enjoys today.

Bring on the over priced beer and food at Wembley!

Up the bloody vale

Hopefully we produce in both halves and not just 1 like so many games this season.

COME ON VALE.

Let's get that intensity that we showed in the first half at Vale Park against Swindon--we looked awesome! Come on you Vale!

I hope it’s a memorable day today for all the right reasons. It will be good for the lads to experience playing on a pitch that is classed as a world stage. It will also be fantastic for all the fans who’ve travelled the length and breadth of the country supporting PVFC and on occasions have asked themselves why, but then find themselves in another away ground two weeks later. For all the young fans who’ve never experienced, the good times some of us have with PVFC.
However I’d like us all to reflect on all those who won’t be at Wembley today. The ones over the last few years have been taken away from us, those whose names have been read out or appeared on the scoreboard, who we’ve all stood up and applauded. If there is such a thing I hope that they’re all gathered together looking down at us and smiling. So let’s get this game won for everyone who is or has been associated with the Vale and had the clubs best interest at the centre of their hearts. It’s never been easy supporting PVFC, but we do it because we were chosen to, not everyone can be a PVFC fan.
Come on you Whites.

Lovely words that resonate for me.

I'm in Turkey now and I'm gutted I won't be cheering the lads on at Wembley. I'm lucky enough to have been there for the Stockport, West Brom and Genoa games though and all the other big games during the Rudgie glory years.

Suppose the modern day Vale fan isn't used to having to plan for success which is why I am in a different country for our most important game in decades. My lad and I will be cheering the boys on from some dodgy Turkish bar though.

Come on lads. Do it for us long suffering Vale fans.
